Mixed weekend for the Saturday teams (29/08)

1st XI defeat away to bottom side Chiddingly 2nd XI
8 man 2nd XI battle well for home draw against Chiddingly 2nd XI
3rd XI ensure Div 8 survival with good home draw against promotion hopefulls Denton
4th XI are comfortable 5 wicket winners away to Tunbridge wells Borderers 3rd XI 

Clubhouse extension is complete! (09/08)

Work on the Clubhouse is complete and the new extension was officially opened on Monday evening 9th August. Past & present club members plus the Town's deduty mayor, local councillors and other interested shareholders all attended the grand opening.

Some of the club's younger and fitter players celebrated the opening by playing a 10 over bash.

Volunteers are vital to the health and development of grassroots cricket.  Without them any club cannot exist. There's a role for you at your local cricket club.  Can you help with cricket club administration, help out with junior coaching, manage a junior team, umpire or score?  If so, the Club badly needs your HELP!  You can make a difference!
